AWC was delighted to celebrate a milestone of the first graduates of the Amani Sewing Academy. The ladies from Democratic republic of Congo and Burma were excited to receive graduation gifts of sewing machines!

Joining in the celebration were the ladies from the Emory Woman's Club, Dress for Success represented by Joan Kimenyi,  Dekalb county board of health represented by Catherine Palmer and former City of Clarkston Councilman Dean Moore.
